UNMOTIVATED!!

After taking a beating at work yesterday today I wake up pretty tired and unmotivated , I stay in bed for an hour , got up and drank some coffee with couple of toast. I play in the computer until I felt I needed to ride.
I call Robert longoria to see if he will go with me for a easy ride . By the time we start riding it was 10:00 am . Robert one of my best friends ,i've knew him sense the early 90`s. we road super slow until we saw a small group of riders ,we chase for about two miles in Renner road , finally we join them under the I 75 over pass . We stay with them for about a mile ,they turn north on Custer road, we continue to go straight all the way to independence and turn around.
On the way back we saw the bike mart guys , still killing themselves as if it was still racing season.
Robert and I turn right on Collins going south . It was super windy ,as soon as we hit that hill by the palisades, we die ,going about 14 mph, from there we went straight home .
when I got home ,my son Jorge ,10 was waiting for me to go ride. So I went with him for a short 5 mile . he’s funny , he gets all exited when he wear's his team type 1 jersey . For those that don’t know
My kid was diagnose with juvenile diabetes last august. He like riding his bike. so I ask the guys from team type 1 if I could get a jersey for my kid .They were pretty kind and humble, they would answer my e-mail as soon as possible . we donated some money for diabetes and they sent me the jersey , I want to say thanks to phill southerland and Joe eldridge for being so kind . My kid love's that jersey ,.

after finishing the 5 miles with my kid . I was feeling good ,that little ride made my day after I was feeling pretty unmotivated when I woke up this morning . Hopefully next week will be better .
